朋友们、同志们、老师们、同学们，

亲爱的中文学习者们：  

下午好！  

很高兴在澜沧江-湄公河流经的千年福地，举办以“中文：穿越时空的礼物”为主题的2025国际中文日活动。首先，我谨代表中国驻琅勃拉邦总领事馆，对各位的到来表示热烈欢迎！

中华文化上下五千年。从甲骨文的刻痕到简体字的撇捺，从《诗经》的智慧结晶到深度探索（Deepseek）的思维火花，从敦煌的千年壁画到哪吒的银幕神话，中文及其所承载的中华文明，在每一个时代都展现出强劲的生命力。

文明因交流而多彩，因互鉴而丰富。刚才，来宾们共同参与了精彩纷呈的文化体验：中文书法与老挝贝叶经刻尽显各美其美的东方哲学；茶与咖啡香味的交融印证和而不同的永恒智慧；绘画和黏土展示的“桥”“合”等汉字描绘两国携手发展的美好愿景；中国水墨画与老挝重彩画共同诉说两国人民对传统艺术的坚守与文化创新的追求。这是文化的合奏，展现出中老两国山水相连、人文相亲的深厚情谊，也生动诠释了和平、合作、开放、包容的亚洲价值观。

中老两国是志同道合的好邻居、好朋友、好同志、好伙伴。“青山一道同云雨，明月何曾是两乡。”生活在同一片蓝天下、共享同一轮明月清辉的我们，是紧密相连的命运共同体。国际中文日是谷雨这一天。“谷”既是亚洲国家共享的物质粮食，也代表中文提供丰富的精神食粮，正如中国提供良好国际公共产品。“雨”则象征学习道路上的困难，如同世界面临美国滥施关税、搞霸权霸道霸凌那一套。但只要保持定力、坚定信心、正道而行，站在历史正确一边，就一定能战胜困难，让狂风暴雨转为风调雨顺。

青年是国家的未来，也是中老友好合作、共同发展的传承者。近年来，在两党两国最高领导人的战略引领下，中老全面战略合作伙伴关系平稳发展，两国教育合作也成果丰硕。从孔子学院的本土化发展，到中老铁路沿线“语言+技能”的人才培养。教育合作正为两国发展注入源源不断的力量。中方愿与老方一道，以文化为纽带，以语言为桥梁，拓展人文交流，共同培育更多中老命运共同体建设者。 

让我们共同举杯：  

为中文这份承载文明基因的时空礼物，  

为中老两国历久弥坚的友谊，  

为在座各位朋友的健康与幸福，

Dear Chinese learners:

Good afternoon!

I am very happy to hold the 2025 International Chinese Day event with the theme of "Chinese: A Gift Across Time and Space" in the millennium blessed land where the Lancang-Mekong River flows. First of all, on behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Luang Prabang, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you!

Chinese culture has a history of 5,000 years. From the inscriptions of oracle bone inscriptions to the strokes of simplified Chinese characters, from the wisdom of the Book of Songs to the sparks of Deepseek, from the millennium murals of Dunhuang to the screen myth of Nezha, Chinese and the Chinese civilization it carries have shown strong vitality in every era.

Civilization is colorful because of exchanges and enriched by mutual learning. Just now, the guests participated in a wonderful cultural experience: Chinese calligraphy and Laotian palm leaf inscriptions fully demonstrate the oriental philosophy of beauty in their own ways; the blending of tea and coffee aromas confirms the eternal wisdom of harmony and difference; Chinese characters such as "bridge" and "unity" displayed in paintings and clay depict the beautiful vision of the two countries to develop hand in hand; Chinese ink paintings and Laotian heavy color paintings jointly tell the two peoples' adherence to traditional art and pursuit of cultural innovation. This is a cultural ensemble, showing the deep friendship between China and Laos, which is connected by mountains and rivers and close to each other in humanities, and also vividly interprets the Asian values of peace, cooperation, openness and tolerance.

China and Laos are like-minded good neighbors, good friends, good comrades and good partners. "The green mountains share the same clouds and rain, and the bright moon has never been in two places." We who live under the same blue sky and share the same bright moon are a closely connected community of shared destiny. International Chinese Language Day is the day of Guyu. "Gu" is not only the material food shared by Asian countries, but also represents the rich spiritual food provided by Chinese, just as China provides good international public products. "Rain" symbolizes the difficulties on the road of learning, just as the world is facing the United States' abuse of tariffs, hegemony and bullying. But as long as we maintain our determination, firm our confidence, follow the right path, and stand on the right side of history, we will surely overcome difficulties and turn the storm into good weather.

Youth is the future of the country and the inheritor of China-Laos friendly cooperation and common development. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of the top leaders of the two parties and the two countries, the China-Laos comprehensive strategic partnership has developed steadily, and the educational cooperation between the two countries has also achieved fruitful results. From the localization development of Confucius Institutes to the "language + skills" talent training along the China-Laos Railway. Educational cooperation is injecting a steady stream of power into the development of the two countries. China is willing to work with Laos to expand cultural exchanges with culture as a bond and language as a bridge, and jointly cultivate more builders of a community with a shared future for China and Laos.
