5月27日，驻琅勃拉邦总领馆副总领事张赫群应邀出席观摩南欧江流域和南俄5电站2025年度防洪度汛应急演练。琅省能矿厅厅长宋赛、中国电建海投公司副总经理徐庆元、南欧江公司总经理贾鹏及丰沙里省有关负责人等出席。

本次演练完整展示监督预警、应急响应、抢险救援等全流程环节，全面检验流域协同防洪体系的实践效能，为应对真实灾害积累了宝贵的一线经验。

张赫群表示，抓好防洪度汛工作关系流域民众生命财产安全。希望公司认真总结演练经验，提升应急处置协同能力，确保电站安全平稳运营和社会稳定,助力老挝经济社会发展和中老高质量共建“一带一路”。

This drill fully demonstrated the whole process of supervision and early warning, emergency response, emergency rescue, etc., comprehensively tested the practical effectiveness of the basin coordinated flood prevention system, and accumulated valuable front-line experience for responding to real disasters.
