5月16日，驻琅勃拉邦总领事张社平同琅勃拉邦省外事厅厅长蓬赛共同主持专题学习会。琅省委宣传部、外事厅、新闻文旅厅、工贸厅等有关部门负责人出席。

张社平宣介中央周边工作会议精神，强调中国将继续扎根周边、贡献周边，致力于推动构建周边命运共同体，携手周边国家共同发展，共创美好未来。中老是社会主义事业同路人，应以两党两国最高领导人重要共识为指引，紧密团结合作，推进中老命运共同体建设。

老方高度赞赏中方有关理念，表示将进一步落实好老中命运共同体新版五年行动计划，深化琅省对华交流合作。

On May 16, Zhang Sheping, Consul General in Luang Prabang, and Pongsai, Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of Luang Prabang Province, co-hosted a special study session. Heads of relevant departments such as the Propaganda Department of the Luang Prabang Provincial Party Committee, the Foreign Affairs Department, the News, Culture and Tourism Department, and the Industry and Trade Department attended the meeting.

Zhang Sheping introduced the spirit of the Central Conference on Neighboring Work, emphasizing that China will continue to take root in and contribute to the surrounding areas, and is committed to promoting the construction of a community of shared future for neighboring countries, working together with neighboring countries for common development and creating a better future. China and Laos are fellow travelers in the cause of socialism, and should be guided by the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and the two countries, work closely together to promote the construction of a community of shared future for China and Laos.

The Lao side highly appreciates the relevant concepts of China and expressed that it will further implement the new version of the Five-Year Action Plan for the Lao-China Community of Shared Future and deepen Luang Prabang Province's exchanges and cooperation with China.
