On February 27, Consul General Zhang Sheping invited Chinese language teachers in the consular district to the Consulate General for a "reunion dinner" to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse.

Consul General Zhang thanked the Chinese language teachers for their contributions to education and cultural exchanges between China and Laos. He then introduced China's economic and social development achievements and the progress of China-Laos relations, drawing on the "15th Five-Year Plan" and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. He encouraged them to continue their dedication to Chinese language education, telling China's story, and promoting China-Laos friendship with the spirit of the dragon and horse, contributing their youthful vigor to the building of a China-Laos community with a shared future.
