4月5日，驻琅勃拉邦总领事张社平先后走访调研正在建设的中广核老北互联互通清洁能源基地一期项目、中国援乌多姆赛职业技能发展中心项目并进行安全巡视。

张社平认真听取项目负责人情况介绍后表示，中广核老北清洁能源基地是中老电力互联互通重要支撑电源项目，乌省职业技能发展中心是我国援老北重要民生项目，对中老共建“一带一路”、促进当地民生和发展具有重要意义。希望项目方树牢安全生产理念，守好安全底线，高质量推进工程建设，确保如期交付启用。同时，以实际行动维护好中资企业积极履行社会责任的优良传统和模范形象，确保中老合作成果造福当地百姓，增进民心相通。

On April 5, Zhang Sheping, Consul General in Luang Prabang, visited and inspected the first phase of the CGN Laos-Northern Interconnection Clean Energy Base project and the China-aided Umusay Vocational Skills Development Center project under construction and conducted safety inspections.

After listening carefully to the introduction of the project leaders, Zhang Sheping said that the CGN Laos-Northern Clean Energy Base is an important supporting power source project for China-Laos power interconnection, and the Umusay Vocational Skills Development Center is an important livelihood project assisted by my country in Laos-Northern China. It is of great significance to the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" between China and Laos and the promotion of local people's livelihood and development. It is hoped that the project party will establish a firm concept of safe production, keep the bottom line of safety, promote the construction of the project with high quality, and ensure that it is delivered and put into use on schedule. At the same time, take practical actions to maintain the fine tradition and exemplary image of Chinese-funded enterprises in actively fulfilling their social responsibilities, ensure that the results of China-Laos cooperation benefit the local people and enhance the people-to-people bond.
