4月10日，减贫扶贫与共同发展研讨会在琅勃拉邦召开。中国人民对外友好协会会长杨万明，老挝文旅部前副部长、老中友好协会委员波恩，琅省副省长西丽潘，驻琅勃拉邦代总领事张赫群及中老地方政府代表约80余人出席。

杨万明表示，习近平总书记提出“精准扶贫”基本方略，指导中国打赢扶贫攻坚战、走出一条中国特色减贫道路，也为全球减贫治理提供了新思路。张赫群表示，当前，美滥施关税、侵犯各国正当权益。愿同老方一道，坚持把发展作为解决贫困的根本途径，为中老命运共同体建设赋予新内涵。十八洞村党支部书记施金通现场分享脱贫案例，引发共鸣。

会议气氛热烈，与会嘉宾围绕“精准扶贫”理念踊跃发言，纷纷表示愿积极借鉴中国减贫领域优秀经验。

On April 10, a seminar on poverty reduction and common development was held in Luang Prabang. Yang Wanming, President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Bonn, former Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Laos and member of the Laos-China Friendship Association, Siliphan, Deputy Governor of Luang Province, Zhang Hequn, Acting Consul General in Luang Prabang, and more than 80 representatives of local governments of China and Laos attended the seminar.

Yang Wanming said that General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the basic strategy of "targeted poverty alleviation", which guided China to win the battle against poverty and embark on a road of poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics, and also provided new ideas for global poverty reduction governance. Zhang Hequn said that at present, the United States abuses tariffs and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of various countries. We are willing to work with Laos to insist on development as the fundamental way to solve poverty and give new connotations to the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Laos. Shi Jintong, secretary of the Party branch of Shibadong Village, shared poverty alleviation cases on the spot, which resonated.

The atmosphere of the meeting was warm. The guests spoke enthusiastically around the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" and expressed their willingness to actively learn from China's excellent experience in poverty reduction.
