On April 8, Consul General Zhang Sheping attended the unity banquet of the 5th People's Council of Luang Prabang Province at the invitation of the convening of the first meeting of the new Provincial Council and congratulated the Provincial Party Secretary, Ben Ling, on his election as the Chairman of the Council.
