From April 7th to 10th, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Luang Prabang hosted a film week themed "Sharing Stories Through Film, Sharing Culture," commemorating the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos. Consul General Zhang Sheping invited over a thousand people from various sectors of the consular district, including teachers and students from schools and ordinary citizens, to attend.
During the film week, two Chinese films, *Hi, Mom* and *The Last Money*, were screened in both Chinese and Lao languages. Their heartwarming and humorous plots resonated with the audience.
A traditional Chinese cultural experience exhibition was also held outside the theater before the film screenings. Luang Prabang Provincial Television and Luang Prabang News reported on these activities.
