In his speech, Zhang Sheping stated that the timing, location, and special guests of this event are particularly noteworthy, reflecting the enduring strength of the traditional friendship between China and Laos and the deepening and practical implementation of the building of a community with a shared future. Food carries culture and connects people's hearts. Both sides should continue to deepen cultural exchanges and pragmatic cooperation, ensuring that the friendship between China and Laos is passed on from generation to generation.
